This beautiful personalised handmade New Baby Photo Frame Plaque is a lovely keepsake to mark your baby’s birth details and/or announce their arrival to family and friends. Personalised with your baby’s details and painted in the colour of your choice, this plaque comes with a slot to fit a 10cm x 7cm photograph. The perfect way to announce the birth of your baby which can then be beautifully displayed in your baby or child’s nursery or room. Simply mount on a wall or door or alternatively prop on a shelf.

Colours
Each plaque is painted white with silver metallic stars. The 3D features are painted in the colour of your choice. Please choose from one of the colours from our colour chart (pictured above).

Personalisation
In the personalisation section please type the baby’s full name, date of birth, time of birth and weight at birth. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING AND NUMBERS AS YOUR PLAQUE WILL BE HANDMADE TO ORDER BASED ON THE EXACT INFORMATION YOU GIVE.
